Frequently Asked Questions About Guest WiFi Systems

We offer a WiFi review survey to check what you currently have and what you would like. Coverage is dependent on several factors, but we can normally cover every corner if your budget permits it.

It is not possible to provide a straightforward answer to this because there are lots of different technologies that come together to make WiFi work. You will see the phrase “upto” used a lot when referring to connections speeds and this is because fixed speeds with WiFi Technology cannot be guaranteed.

In 99% of situations, yes they will. It depends on the age of the devices and the configuration of the new WiFi System. If unsure, we can always check.

We do expect or force anyone to enter into a subscription for looking after their WiFi System but we do offer support and maintenance contracts.

For Domestic customers we offer a standard FREE 12 Month Warranty on all equipment installed and this includes a limited range of support for devices that connect to this new system

For Business we offer the standard FREE 12 Month warranty on the equipment installed but support is dictated by the size of your business and the type of installation you need. This will be discussed with you prior to any work being done.

Yes but it depends. If WiFiSetup manage the WiFi System on the holiday park then there is a high probability we can install an indoor WiFi System into your Holiday home if the park is setup to support indoor wifi systems.

If WiFiSetup does not managed the WiFi on the Holiday Park then there are other options but we would have to conduct a survey to look at the options.

Outdoor WiFi on holiday parks is very hit and miss. The radio energy that WiFi works on will not pass through Metallic objects/materials or Stone. As most holiday homes are made of Sheet Metal this makes it naturally difficult to get radio signal in and out the building this making an outdoor WiFi system almost impossible to use for most people.
